I am proud to be the first one to do this. I really don't know what else to say here, the joke kind of speaks for itself! The similarities are there - Tsubaki was at one point put under control of a Mind Eater spell which made her do the villain's bidding, which is like SpongeBob being mind-controlled by Plankton to bring him the secret recipe, so... the reference isn't entirely nonsense!
In her spare time, Tsubaki dons this supervillain secret identity to attempt to steal the secret formula that makes Miss Litchi's famed meat buns taste so good! Fortunately for the people of Kagutsuchi Bottom, her plans are always foiled by the naive yet heroic antics of SpongeTao KakaPants... which is a really dirty-sounding name when you think about it.
